The tournament

Tournaments are complicated.
Your software shouldn't be.

Registrations, divisions, fields, schedules, scores, standings, brackets, communications, game day. Most directors run them across disconnected tools that don't talk to each other. TournaFox brings the whole tournament into one system, built around the way directors actually work.

Every match.

Setup Registrations Divisions Venues & Fields Scheduling Operations Scores Standings & Brackets

Each stage feeds the next. Accept a team and it's ready to divide; set your fields and the scheduler knows them; publish a schedule and game day runs from it. Nothing is exported, re-imported, or retyped.

Build

Create and configure the tournament: teams, registrations, divisions, venues, fields, rules, and presets. One roster of record, from first registration to final whistle.

Then let the engine take it

Schedule

Turn tournament constraints into a workable schedule. TournaFox works the real problem — conflicts, field sizes, rest, brackets — instead of just generating a list of games, and reports what it did in plain language.

Operate

Run tournament day from the command center: live match progress, overdue scores, division status, and a prioritized queue of what actually needs your attention.

Finish

Scores in, standings out. Tables compute from finalized scores with every tie-breaker applied in order — and when the tie-breakers run out, TournaFox shows its work and asks the director to rule.

Every field, every team, every constraint — this is the problem TournaFox was built for.

The scheduling engine

Hundreds of games.
Every constraint.
One schedule.

Scheduling a real tournament by hand is a weekend of spreadsheets. TournaFox holds the whole problem at once — and when a game can't be placed, it tells you exactly why instead of quietly breaking a rule.
